Description: The Trainee Assistant Manager is the introductory position within the management structure. Trainees are exposed to the basic operations system and management skills that will become the building blocks for future growth. The degree and duration of this exposure will, of course, be different for those hired directly to the position than for those promoted from Swing Manager. This position begins the establishment of the knowledge and skills to become a Restaurant Manager.
