A $100 bonus will be paid to anyone who recruits and refers someone into a crew position with one of our McDonald's. To be eligible for the bonus, the referred employee must work at an acceptable level for 30 days.

If we score a 90% or better the manager running the shift wins $50 If we score 100% friendliness the crew mentioned by name on shop wins $25 If we score 98% or better there will be food catered for the shift

Many opportunities exist for diligent, hard workers including crew trainer, swing manager, or salaried manager. Our primary source of recruitment is from within our existing pool of employees.
