As many of you know, The Golden Arch Award is the highest recognition for a McDonald’s Owner/Operator. This special and prestigious award is presented to Owner/Operators that have demonstrated the laser-like focus on the customer experience; who consistently deliver outstanding QSC&V, and who consistently give back to their communities, and who have dedicated their talents and leadership to the success of the brand and the system.

This year, I am pleased and proud to announce that the winners of the Golden Arch Award in So Cal Region are the Brownstein/Horner/Carmack Organization. Please join me in congratulating them on this outstanding achievement!

The Brownstein/Horner/Carmack Organization is the essence of McDonald’s. It’s a longstanding family business, starting with Bill Brownstein over 38 years ago – continuing with son Mark Brownstein, and son-in-laws Peter Horner and Bryan Carmack. They have demonstrated their love and commitment to the McDonald’s family and brand by giving generously with their time, their talent, and their leadership.

Bill, Mark, Peter & Brian – Your contributions to the system, your leadership, your wisdom, and most of all, your hearts, have made our McDonald’s system stronger, better, and have made the arches shine much brighter because of you.
